Making Architectural Decisions
Sometimes the hard part of starting a project within a company is figuring out how to start -- which direction should we take, which method should we use, are we following best practices, etc. This can lead to inaction and "analysis paralysis", and lead to doubting that the right decisions are being made. This course will define a simple framework for defining which questions to ask, how to approach resolving the difficult questions, and give you a way forward to proceed with your project.
