BEA WebLogic Server 9/10: Monitor and Performance Tuning

This course is held in Oracles facilities in Kista    

This course trains developers, architects and BEA WebLogic Server administrators to tune the various aspects of BEA WebLogic Server to attain optimal performance. This course also trains BEA WebLogic Server administrators on the BEA WebLogic Diagnostics Framework. Students will learn how data is generated, gathered, analyzed, and saved through the use of data harvesters, watches and notifications, collected metrics, image captures, server instrumentation, and data archivers.

Learn to:

  • Understand the WebLogic Diagnostic Framework (WLDF) architecture
  • Create and configure ways to generate, gather, access, and persist diagnostic data
  • Use the BEA WebLogic diagnostic console extension
  • Instrument the server and applications
  • Filter log events
  • Tune Operating System (OS) level parameters, Java Virtual Machine (JVM) parameters, BEA WebLogic Server parameters, and application parameters for better performance
